MAXI ᴸ is an automated vertical storage system for bars, profiles, semi-finished products, moulds or accessories. MAXI ᴸ allows materials to be stored in an orderly and protected way, reducing floor space occupation while improving accessibility, traceability and control.

Whether storing bars, profiles, semi-finished products, moulds or accessories, MAXI ᴸ ensures maximum protection of materials stored in the unit, while minimising floor footprint. Fully integrable into production flows, it enhances traceability, safety and accessibility across a wide range of industrial environments.

The MAXI ᴸ has long drawers (up to 7100mm) with load bearing capacities of 1000kg or 3000kg.
The structure is height-adjustable with 500mm incremental modules.
Access can be configured on all 4 sides, as well as on multiple levels.
Fixed unload/load stations or motorised shuttles with automatic load ejectors.
Available in both indoor and outdoor installation options.

MAXI ᴸ consists of two opposing storage towers housing the drawers on internal guides.

At the centre, an automatic lift handles the transfer of drawers to the loading and unloading station.

The structure is self-supporting, built in steel, and designed for both indoor and outdoor installations, with the possibility of future expansion.

MAXI ᴸ can be expanded vertically through modular extensions, turning the system into a long-term investment that supports your organisation's growth.

Configurable access is available on all 4 sides - including opposite and multi-level configurations. This enables efficient service to operators, automated production lines and robotic systems.

MAXI ᴸ is also suitable for indoor and outdoor installation, and can be configured as a standalone unit, in-line or in parallet.

Load & Unload Stations For Every Material Flow

MAXI ᴸ can be equipped for different types of load/unload stations, depending on internal material flows and your required level of automation.

Fixed load/unload station: front &/or rear configuration. A simple and reliable solution for material loading and unloading operations.

Motorised shuttle: reduces the loading area footprint and transfers trays in multiple directions, enabling each integration with different machines.

Automatic load ejectors: facilitate material loading into trays when using forklifts.

The combination of these devices increases overall system efficiency, allowing layouts to be tailored to specific operational requirements.

Web-based, intuitive and scalable, it provides full control over system functions and ensures seamless integration with your WMS (Warehouse Management System), ERP and other enterprise software.

Additionally, ICON enables floor area mapping and the management of stock stored outside the automated storage system.
