Empty Pallet Return Modules (EPRMs)

The EPRM is designed to increase efficiency in pallet decanting, particularly in high-throughput applications. They can easily fit into nearly any warehouse layout, either in pallet racking or freestanding units.

The Empty Pallet Return Module (EPRM) is a specialised product designed and manufactured in response to industry demand for high efficiency in pallet decanting processes. It provides a significant increase in efficiency and strong ROI, particularly in high-throughput applications.

EPRMs are designed to minimise the disruption to pallet decanting stations when removing empty pallets and introducing new ones.

A full pallet is staged behind the active one, which - once empty - can be deposited beneath the workspace for easy removable. The full pallet is then released into the picking zone for immediate use.

Multiple mechanical interlocks prevent incorrect operation, such as releasing the full pallet before the empty pallet has been removed.

The fully mechanical system is gravity-actuated without any reliance on electronics, pneumatics or hydraulics, which ensures simple and cost-effective installation and maintenance.

Due to their compact design, EPRMs can easily fit into nearly any warehouse layout, with the ability for many units to be placed side by side, either in pallet racking or as freestanding units.
